The sills (inner, middle and outer) were rebuilt along with heater channels, front and rear arches, and floor edges. The vehicle was left in an as welded state, and primed with Epoxy to protect it. At some point in the future the doors will need rebuilding, then a bit of filler work and a repaint. It really is an awful lot of work to do anything properly on these vehicles, with lots of sections requiring fabrication from scratch, but at least it is a bit out of the norm.
